Delivery
Standard Delivery
FREE standard delivery on orders over £250 exc VAT, standard delivery takes 3-5 working days, other services are available, prices are calculated at checkout. We are unable to offer free delivery on some items, such as adhesive, floor leveller, grout and tile trims unless specifically stated. Free shipping is only for Mainland UK and excludes Scottish Highlands & Islands.
Next Working Day Delivery
Available on UK stocked items only. Order before 2pm for next working day delivery. Additional charges apply.
Large/Heavy Items
Delivery charges for large or heavy items may vary. You will be notified of any additional charges before completing your purchase. We use specialist couriers for these items to ensure safe delivery.
Returns
30-Day Returns Policy
We offer a 30-day returns policy on most items. Items must be unused, in their original packaging, and in a resaleable condition. Please contact us before returning any items.
How to Return
- Contact our customer service team to initiate a return
- You will receive a Returns Authorization Number
- Pack your items securely in the original packaging
- Send the package to the address provided
- Refunds will be processed within 5-7 working days of receipt
Return Costs
Return postage costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item is faulty or incorrect. We recommend using a tracked postal service.
