Should you change your mind after purchasing a product, then get in touch with us to arrange return of the item. If the item is proven to be faulty we will pay for the return postage. If you change your mind about the product you can still return it within 14 days of purchase but return postage will be at your own cost.
Refunds will be processed once we have received the item(s), if the item is proven to be faulty your refund will include the original delivery cost, if the item is returned for any other reason the customer will pay for the return postage.
Please note, if you are returning a hazardous item such as a product that contains a battery you must declare this to the courier and label the package accordingly.
Handling charges may apply on some products to cover excess delivery charges.
All returned items must be unused, undamaged and in their original condition.
Once we receive a returned item, we will inspect it and depending on condition a minimum restocking charge of 25% of the value of purchase price will be applied.
Published product details, specifications and suitability information is the best available at the time. If you order an item from us based on product description or specification which proves to be erroneous we will offer you a choice of either a full refund of the item or an alternative item that meets your requirements if available and arrange for collection of the unwanted item on a specified day. If you choose to have an alternative item we will either refund or charge the difference in price.

We aim to get all orders placed before 2pm shipped on a next day service. This ultimately depends on the physical size and weight of your order. Some of the larger sized items need to be shipped on an economy service which takes longer, we will contact you to confirm an estimated delivery date proir to despatch.

The RUBIMIX-9 DUPLEX is an electric mixer which stands out owing to its DUAL paddle design. The DUPLEX RUBIMIX-9 is designed primarily for mixing cementitious adhesives, although it can also produce mixtures in other materials. The RUBIMIX-9 DUPLEX electrical mixer includes a 1350W motor, perfectly adapted to the homogeneous mixing of adhesives for the latest ceramic tiles.
With the powerful motor of the RUBIMIX-9 DUPLEX electric mixer, there is one single speed range of 0-480 rpm, which, together with the speed regulator built into the handle, means that the mixer adapts to each type of material and quantity, thus obtaining the best possible result.
Its double grip with bi-material handles has improved ergonomics and has given greater user comfort.
To produce the RUBIMIX-9 DUPLEX, very light and highly resistant materials are used to offer professionals a tool with the maximum reliability. All electric mixer models in the RUBIMIX-9 DUPLEX range include a set of two mixer paddles for mortars and cementitious adhesives.
The RUBIMIX-9 DUPLEX electric mixer can only use the DUPLEX set of Ø 120 mm paddles, which, owing to their design, are equivalent to Ø 160 mm paddles, giving a maximum mixing capacity of 50 Kg.
