Tape Sealing Compound

Pro-SEAL Pre-Mix is ready to use highly flexible synthetic latex coating developed for application to a broad range of construction substrates prior to tiling. The cured coating remains elastic and forms a seamless barrier to water. Main application areas are internal and external walls and floors where protection is required including wetrooms, bathrooms, showers, terraces and balconies.

• Easily applied by brush
• Suitable for most surfaces including tile backer board, plaster board and MDF
• 1.2L container

Coverage:

• 0.5L is sufficient for underneath and on top of 5m of sealing tape
• 5lt will cover around 5sqm depending on board porosity
• Minimum drying time before tiling - 6 hours depending on ambient temperature
• Non-hazardous and solvent free

Note: For use with non-adhesive waterproofing tape and internal/external corners
