Should you change your mind after purchasing a product, then get in touch with us to arrange return of the item. If the item is proven to be faulty we will pay for the return postage. If you change your mind about the product you can still return it within 14 days of purchase but return postage will be at your own cost.
Refunds will be processed once we have received the item(s), if the item is proven to be faulty your refund will include the original delivery cost, if the item is returned for any other reason the customer will pay for the return postage.
Please note, if you are returning a hazardous item such as a product that contains a battery you must declare this to the courier and label the package accordingly.
Handling charges may apply on some products to cover excess delivery charges.
All returned items must be unused, undamaged and in their original condition.
Once we receive a returned item, we will inspect it and depending on condition a minimum restocking charge of 25% of the value of purchase price will be applied.

If you order an item from us based on product description or specification which proves to be erroneous we will offer you a choice of either a full refund of the item or an alternative item that meets your requirements if available and arrange for collection of the unwanted item on a specified day. We aim to get all orders placed before 2pm shipped on a next day service. This ultimately depends on the physical size and weight of your order. Some of the larger sized items need to be shipped on an economy service which takes longer, we will contact you to confirm an estimated delivery date proir to despatch.

About the Montolit Battile Pro
BATTILE is a vibrating suction cup able to remove the air from the glued tiles right after installation, this procedure is crucial to ensure perfect adhesion of the tile to the floor/wall and to avoid future cracks on material.
Thumping Suction Cup for Tiles and Slab Suitable for:

Powered by a 16 V lithium ion battery BATTILE PRO can be used for indoor and outdoor installation. It replaces the traditional manual operation and helps to avoid problems due to the incorrect distribution of the adhesive under tiles and big slabs. The main features are: extreme usefulness, safety, respect for the environment and easy use.
It is very compact and light and also allows the positioning of the tile through the suction cup (possible to lift up to 25 kg) and, thanks to the vibration, removes residual air bubbles that, if trapped between the adhesive and the tile, cause potential breakage. The intensity of the vibration is adjustable to three different frequencies. \nThe particular shape and the double handle allow to keep the load balanced in the phase of lifting and laying the tile and to better conduct Battile-Pro during the typing phase to optimize its functionality. The soft-touch inserts on the handle make the grip ergonomically comfortable and safe.
