Should you change your mind after purchasing a product, then get in touch with us to arrange return of the item. If the item is proven to be faulty we will pay for the return postage. If you change your mind about the product you can still return it within 14 days of purchase but return postage will be at your own cost.
Refunds will be processed once we have received the item(s), if the item is proven to be faulty your refund will include the original delivery cost, if the item is returned for any other reason the customer will pay for the return postage.
Please note, if you are returning a hazardous item such as a product that contains a battery you must declare this to the courier and label the package accordingly.
Handling charges may apply on some products to cover excess delivery charges.
All returned items must be unused, undamaged and in their original condition.
Once we receive a returned item, we will inspect it and depending on condition a minimum restocking charge of 25% of the value of purchase price will be applied.

If you order an item from us based on product description or specification which proves to be erroneous we will offer you a choice of either a full refund of the item or an alternative item that meets your requirements if available and arrange for collection of the unwanted item on a specified day. We aim to get all orders placed before 2pm shipped on a next day service. This ultimately depends on the physical size and weight of your order. Some of the larger sized items need to be shipped on an economy service which takes longer, we will contact you to confirm an estimated delivery date proir to despatch.

Description
The Raimondi T-Cut is a lightweight and portable device for scoring and cutting large format porcelain slabs. It is easy to use and can be used for a variety of cutting tasks, including parallel cuts, diagonal cuts, and 45-degree cuts. The T-Cut is equipped with a 16 mm (5/8") incision wheel mounted on a hardened steel pin with two ball bearings. This ensures a precise incision and makes it easy to score the tile. The device also comes with a cutting-off plier for slabs with 3-12mm (1/8"-1/2") thickness.
The T-Cut is extremely light (1.7 kg) and has very low dimensions. This makes it easy to transport and store. The device is also equipped with a metric/imperial ruler, making it easy to measure the cutting width. To use the T-Cut, simply place the wheels on the edge of the tile (for parallel cuts) or at the edge of the workbench (for diagonal cuts). Then, slide the device sideways along the entire length of the slab while simultaneously pushing down on the scoring knob unit. The incision wheel will score the tile, making it easy to break it along the marked line.
This is a versatile and easy-to-use tool for cutting large format porcelain slabs. It is a great option for both professional and DIY tile cutters.
