Returns & Refunds

Should you change your mind after purchasing a product, then get in touch with us to arrange return of the item. If the item is proven to be faulty we will pay for the return postage. If you change your mind about the product you can still return it within 14 days of purchase but return postage will be at your own cost.

Refunds will be processed once we have received the item(s), if the item is proven to be faulty your refund will include the original delivery cost, if the item is returned for any other reason the customer will pay for the return postage.

Please note, if you are returning a hazardous item such as a product that contains a battery you must declare this to the courier and label the package accordingly.

Handling charges may apply on some products to cover excess delivery charges.

All returned items must be unused, undamaged and in their original condition.

Once we receive a returned item, we will inspect it and depending on condition a minimum restocking charge of 25% of the value of purchase price will be applied.

Published product details, specifications and suitability information is the best available at the time. If you order an item from us based on product description or specification which proves to be erroneous we will offer you a choice of either a full refund of the item or an alternative item that meets your requirements if available and arrange for collection of the unwanted item on a specified day. If you choose to have an alternative item we will either refund or charge the difference in price.

Delivery and Shipping

We aim to get all orders placed before 2pm shipped on a next day service. This ultimately depends on the physical size and weight of your order. Some of the larger sized items need to be shipped on an economy service which takes longer, we will contact you to confirm an estimated delivery date proir to despatch.

Description
Rubi’s TC-125 kit is part of their SLAB system for cutting porcelain and large format tiles, including all the necessary tools for the perfect cut with the TC-125 circular saw. The kit includes:
  • Circular saw cutter TC-125
  • 3 slim cutter guides of 110cm
  • 2 fixing suction cups for rough surfaces
  • 1 diamond disc for dry cutting of porcelain stoneware (compatible with wet cutting)
  • 2 clamps for additional fixing of the SLIM guide.

  • Practical bag for transportation of the guides and rigid case for the circular cutter
The TC-125 circular cutter from RUBI has a dual dust reduction system. Dust can be controlled by connecting the saw to a vacuum cleaner (dry cutting) or by using the water inlet. The vacuum cleaner connection is 32 mm, but an adapter is included for other sizes. The water inlet is a quick-connect 16 mm hose with a rubber stopper that covers the vacuum cleaner inlet and provides secondary grip functions during wet cutting, improving ergonomics. The head of the TC-125 is adjustable up to 45 degrees and in height. This allows for mitre cuts and special cuts with greater precision. The thickness of the cut varies depending on the disc diameter. For mitre cutting, the TC-125 includes an additional handle that increases control and visibility, improving work ergonomics. Two disc diameters can be used: 115 and 125 mm (see cutting thickness for each diameter). The TC-125 switch has a safety lock to prevent accidental start-up, and the electric cable has a PRCD to protect the equipment from power surges. The design of the TC-125 includes a disc protector with a quick-opening lid, which facilitates disc changes and reduces particle projection. The side protector also improves the performance of the dust control system. The TC-125 circular cutter is a versatile tool that can handle a wide range of cutting tasks.
